The Owner from Mia's Italian Tapas + Bar reach out to Jesefa Templo Architecture LLC for concept and feasibility services after successfully completing Mia's back in 2015. In order to secure lease agreements with the Landlord, a feasibility study was needed. The Owner was interested in a tenant space in the hip and revitalizing area of East Austin. Since the tenant fitout would be housed in a commercial co-working space on the first floor, the restaurant had to accommodate office tenants during the day with quick grab-and-go/take-out while serving guests in the evening. A cocktail lounge, multiple private dining areas and all-season outdoor area would also be accommodated. The Wine Cube becomes the jewelry and centerpiece of the restaurant, elevating the guests experience in this private dining area.
